Breathless Thursday : Jillian is killing me!!!

And it was not even workout yg susah pon... Sah la... i tak fit langsung!!! (mode: mengah baru lepas 1 hr workout).



And to do this for 30 days???? Hahahahahah (gelak dan nangis....huhuhuhu).
Good Luck to myself ;-P

note to myself: Started with Jillian's workout sampai abis, then sambung Power Walk Leslie Sansone. Tapi larat 1 mile jek sebab dah pancit dibuat si Jillian ni.... X pe...esok cuba lagik...

  2. ST.. L taun lepas 3 hari je ikut jilian ni hihi.. xlarat cara exercise die.. temengah2 (xfit kan) hehe, Lepastu L just ikut kt youtube tu bikinimommy punye exercise. Simple je. Die ade Day1-60 lau xsilap. Semangat!! :)

  3. zura dua tiga hari sakit badan ikut workout jillian. sehari workout jillian rehat sampai tiga hari memang tak jalan lah kan.. haha..

    1. Sue, i start dengan power walk dulu. After a week baru start dgn Jillian ni. Sue try la power walk leslie sansone tu, memang berpeluh dibuatnya :-)

  6. saya buat jillian workout ni... stage 1 tu lama juga saya buat.. sampai sebulan kot. Sebab nak biasakan dulu. Bagi saya paling susah a.k.a penat is stage 2. banyak guna tangan. Tangan tak dapat menampung berat badan. hehehe

    anyway, skang dah stop sebab lutut tak tahan. Sakit sangat, sbb workoutnya banyak sangat buat squat...
    dah sembuh lutut, boleh start balik.

    Tapi memang betullah, 20 minit je, tapi mengah nya takleh tahan... tapi lepas tu badan rasa best sangat.

    1. hehehe...kalo rajin buat la... actually ada 3 level kalo x silap aku. tapi memandangkan nak bertahan dgn yg ni pon siksa, so aku nk buat sampai aku rasa exercise ni mudah...pastu, baru naik level :-) jom try adah!

    1. memang simple exercise ni ida. i x de dumbell pon. Instead i pakai botol air mineral yg 450 ml. tu pon penat gak lengan i nak mengangkatnya... hihihihi...
