90 Days Challenge 2014: Part 1 - The Result

Hello readers....

How r u today? Bagaimana perjalanan cabaran 90 hari u all?OK tak?

Memula, i nak minta maaf, sebab summary of my progress for Jan 2014 i tak buat. I balik umrah pon dah masuk bulan 2... so alang2, biar sekali la buat summary ujung bulan 2 ni...

So...here we go...

sikit je turun... :-(
Uhuhuhhu...sket je ni turun.... but better la dari naik kan?? Actually, what i can say for Jan and Feb ni, my weight ni kind of yoyo... i balik umrah, my weight turun 1.5 kg. But then lepas tu, fasa recovery dari demam and penat...so i x exercise pon... makan pon bedal je.... so, berat i naik balik. Dalam minggu terakhir february, baru la i start exercise. Tu pun bercinta nak mula balik... dah lama tinggal, badan jadi lemau...

OK.... Resolusi and way forward for March : I tak leh biarkan ini berterusan... kalo tak, sia-sia la i turunkan, tapi naik balik.

First step: kena jaga semula portion makanan. And minum banyak air... this is important! Sebab 70% yg menyumbang naik berat badan ialah habit pemakanan... Jaga portion...jaga portion...jaga portion....

Second: start exercise semula... just 30 minutes sebagai permulaan. sekurang-kurang 3 kali seminggu. OK...yang ni memang kena hambat diri sendiri supaya berdisiplin.

Yes!!!! I can do it!!!!! Meh kita sambung balik misi penurunan berat badan! Good Luck diri sendiri! Hehehehhe....

  1. Salam...setakat badan turun naik ja but still turun dlm 3 kg.tapi skgni kurg sgt eat clean jd bdn naik turun tp xsmpai 1 kg.memg kena cari kwn yg sama2 nk turunkn berat kalo x ke laut lah jwbnya..

  2. Belum ada keberanian untuk timbang berat badan sekarang ni..huhuhu...badan turun naik tang tu, banyak kali makan berat disebelah malam....senaman hanya setakat cukupkan syarat je. Takpe-takpe, ada berbaki 28 hari lagi....chaiyok!!!

  3. dulu ida ingat nak sahut cabara ni tapi banyak sangatt ngelat terus tak buat! HAHA.. ida start mac okkk.... weekend ri tu ade la exercise. plus ida dah start hiking... go go go goooooooooo...

  5. tak apa st. asalkan ada penurunan. saya ni pon memang wajib har hari timbang. dan hari hari jugak stress kadang naik kadang turun. tapi sejak kebalakangan ni nak fikir positif, kalau naik tu sebab pembentukan muscle. cewah! padahal makan banyak.. huhuuhuhuuuu...

  6. All the best kak! Macam sesuai jer dengan entri saya, cuma versi lain. Saya nak naikkan 1 kilo jer pun agak payah. Tapi nak turunkan berat badan memerlukan disiplin yang tinggi kan. Semoga challenge akak membuahkan hasil. Insya Allah :)

  9. Sue, i skang nih x kira litre dah...i just make sure my urine x color kuning pekat... hehehehe....bila nampak dah start ada color, terus minum air...

    another tips, letak alarm every 15 minutes to drink water (jgn teguk segelas terus... hehehehe).

May be sebab I rasa if I leave a comment the writer would feel that ‘eh…ada jugak orang yg sudi baca apa yg aku tulis ni’. Coz I would feel that way when someone leave a comment in my blog. Even though you can check how many people hit your blog in the ‘Stat’, the feeling of having comments on your entries is different. I’m sure u akan rasa happy bila someone tinggalkan comment kat ur blog. Eh, x happy ke org tinggalkan komen? Sapa happy angkat tangan (I angkat tangan ni… hehehehe). Perhaps its human nature. Hello!

Masya Allah.... lamanya i x menulis di sini... masih adakah lagi pembaca di blog picisan ni? huhuuhu... Life has been busy. Especially, perihal keje. Balik rumah, uruskan perihal rumah pulak... Masa yg terluang, memang nak rehat jee... Nak blog hopping pun x dan. Thus, my updates banyak di instagram. Sebab senang nak update... hehehhe... But still, I'll be writing here once in a while. Sebab kat sini, boleh menulis dengan lebih panjang dan meluahkan isi hati. Cepat betul masa berlalu. Dah nak masuk Ramadhan dah... sekarang bila nak masuk Ramadhan, I'll be more sentimental. Rasa bersyukur yg amat sangat, because it was in Ramadhan last year when Allah kabulkan doa i. I still rmember my doa. I asked Allah, kalau jalan terbaik untuk memperolehi cahaya mata adalah dari zuriat keturunan kami sendiri, maka permudahkan untuk kami, murahkan rezeki kami supaya dapat kami tampung perbelanjaan usaha kami. Tapi jika jalan memperolehi anak adalah melalui anak angkat, maka lorongkanlah...
