During early of the year hari tu, i ada mentioned about one of my resolution for this year is to loose a bit of my weight. I need to prepare my body for next IVF. And i want it to be in its best condition.
It is not an easy journey, i tell u. I ni memang suka makan. I love food and i know how to enjoy it. Kalau masa zaman2 belajar dulu, my fren selalu cakap kalau tgk i makan, mesti dia rasa mcm makanan tu sedap sgt. Hahahaha... Tapi when i'm getting older, sukan pun dah tak main dah, metabolism pun makin merudum and dok opis je and jarang exercise, i gained weight year by year until i realised i taking tol on my health. Not really serious yet, but it started to scares me.
I need to shed at least 8 kilos to gain a healthy weight and healthy BMI. Tapi saje nak target tinggi sikit and to round up the figure i target 10 kgs. And to make it easier for me, instead of targeting 10 kilos at once, i start it slow and steady (sometimes tak steady pun... selalu gak sangkut....huhuhuhu). I pecahkan my weight loss journey to small target and small time frame. Degn cara ni, i tak rasa terbeban and i tak rasa demotivated sebab jauh lagi journey i. Hence the 90 days challenge.
Tapi 90 days tu pun x la very consistent sangat i punya weight loss program. Selalu sangkut and selalu de-motivated. But since I join my frens and have kind of 'buddy' in my weight loss journey last month, I rasa i lebih strong sekarang kalau nak di banding dengan masa i nak turunkan berat sorang2. With my fren, we share our weight loss activity...share pasal pemakanan, share pasal exercise and motivate each other. I'm so thankful for my frens for their tips and support. And it really feel easier this time around.
For those yang nk loose weight, its good if u have buddy to support u. And FYI, i read it somewhere that u stood 3 times chance better to loose weight when u do it with your frens. Macam i, we share it in a wasssap group of our schoolmate (ladies je... tapi x de la sentiasa on topic weight loss. but we often discuss it and it helps). You may do it cara yg sama or via fb, email or dgn kawan2 opis.
OK...so far, it's been 9 months journey so far, where 3 cycle of 90 days challenge was done.

I managed to loss 4.3 kgs so far. Alhamdulillah...walaupun masih jauh, at least better dari i tak buat apa. Sepanjang this program, my weight loss punya graph ni secara keseluruhan memang semakin menurun. Cuma in between ada ternaik sikit and then turun balik and naik sikit then turun balik... menunjukkan my program ni tak consistent. But i do feel the difference. I rasa my body is lighter...ringan sikit badan. I dah kurang sakit lutut (heheheh...). And generally i rasa myself more healthy.
Skang nih my wight stuck at the same weight range. And since 1st Oct ni is my final 90 days Challenge (Part 4) cycle, i need to work hard with my exercises and eating right.
