Ahahahha... yes..I'm still alive. Ever since started buat Jillian's level 1 exercise last week, i thought it would be the last time i buat exercise tu. But tah cemana, i stick to it sampai last saturday (eleh...3 hari je pun...kecoh!!!). And am getting better everytime. Seronoknya!!!!!
And alhamdulillah, sepanjang last week, i x miss pun senaman (errr..except semalam...tapi ok la kan..rehat sehari). Today pon, despite duk kat hotel (ada meeting 2 hari) i sempat lagi berpower walk kat bilik hotel. heheheh...hopefully i'll keep on this happy mood nak exercise.
Tomorrow, hopefully meeting abis awal... bleh la buat Jillian's exercise lagi utk kuatkan core badan and sambung dgn power walk for cardio plak.
