Pavlova

Rasanya dah dekat 2 minggu teringin nak makan pavlova (ha...jgn nk pikir yg bukan2 ye... if u really know me by now, u'll know i ni selalu craving for food. huhuhuhu). Semalam browse internet, nengok resepi2 pavlova. Eh, sonang yo nak buek nyo... putih telur, gula, tepung jagung, esen vanila. pukul2, bakar. Hahahaha.... ada la teknik2 nya, u all bleh google sendiri.


Not bad for a first timer kan? (masuk bakul angkat sendiri nampak... kuikuikui).

Tapi kan, i nk tanya skek pd yg pandai buat pavlova ni... asal eh adunan i lps masak dia turun sikit? Coz bila dah masak, i tutup api n tinggalkn dia dlm oven dgn pintu terbuka sket. masa tu rasa mcm tinggi pavlovanya... bila dh sejuk, mcm turun plak...

Anyway, i can say jadik la hasil tangan i nih sbb teksturnya dlm kek tu mcm marshmellow... (eh, gini ke spelling nya?). Tapi nxt time buat, tanak buh whipped cream la... i rasa makan gitu saje pun sodap. hehehe...

p/s: do u know, Pavlova was named bersempena nama Ana Pavlova, a bellerina from Russia during her visit to Aussie?

      Salah satu dr resepi2 hasil result google :-) tapi yani, whipped creamnya buat nipis2 jer... Kalo banyak sgt muak nnti. Plus, not good for our diet... Hehehe...

    tapi bad experience sikit la. da 2 kali buat tak jadi. so berangan je dulu. pujuk diri sendiri, takpela. kan manis tu. tak bagus. (sambil minum milo tabur. boleh? pujuk hati konon)

  8. From the photo, i can say a very good try by the first timer..look very tempting! Ewah! Pandai aje nk mengomen.. I tak pandai baking tapi suka makan pavlova..and yes i pun slalu craving tak tentu pasal hahaha

    1. kalau u suka dessert yg manis, this is the one. rasa sedap lg dr marshmellow but teksture dia lebih kurang gitu la... heheheh... tapi kalo u nk buat, cream tu sikit je pun x de...cukup sharat nk lekat buah kat kek. bahaya woo makan cream bebanyak...dah la manis... huhuhu...

Komentar : huraian, ulasan (yg mengandungi penjelasan, kritik, atau pendapat mengenai sesuatu perkara (Kamus Dewan Bahasa edisi ke-4) I suka tinggalkn komen kat blog orang. Hehehhehe…   Why? May be sebab I rasa if I leave a comment the writer would feel that ‘eh…ada jugak orang yg sudi baca apa yg aku tulis ni’. Coz I would feel that way when someone leave a comment in my blog. Even though you can check how many people hit your blog in the ‘Stat’, the feeling of having comments on your entries is different. I’m sure u akan rasa happy bila someone tinggalkan comment kat ur blog. Eh, x happy ke org tinggalkan komen? Sapa happy angkat tangan (I angkat tangan ni… hehehehe). Perhaps its human nature. Bila kita bercakap dengan orang, and orang beri respond, baru rasa ada interaction antara si ‘pencakap’ (erk! Teruknya B

Mood Tak Sabar

Been reading other's people experience about it... and everytime membaca catatan mereka, semakin rasa sebak dan teruja. Ya Allah... begitu melonjak-lonjak perasaan ku ini... terasa lambatnya masa berlalu... . Counting days.... Anyway... semalam jumpa doc cantik. Ramai sungguh patient doc. I was the 16th. Dekat pkol 1.30 pm baru masuk jumpa doc (well...sampai pon lambat kan...memang la no 16 jawabnya... hehehehe). Masuk2 jumpa doc, doc pun kata, lamanya tak jumpa. Heheheh...berehat doc... so check up macam biasa and get her advice. Doc prescribed ubat, then balik umah lps amik ubat. Need to remind myself - ini hanya usaha. Allah jua yg tentukan segalanya. Semoga Allah permudahkan semua urusanku yang satu ini.... Amin...
