May yang ke laut....

Ever since i did my ivf, i dah start makan mcm biasa balik. no more calories watching, no more calories counting. After that ivf process done pun, i still makan mcm biasa. Start bulan 5 i promise myself nk resume my diet.  Tapi, janji tinggal janji....pagi i diet, sampai lunch hour, i fail. Or sampai ke lunch i diet, tetiba time dinner rasa diri sendiri macam masak sedap, makan nasik tak hengat.... huhuhuhu, again, fail di situ.

Kiranya bulan may i diet memang ke laut la... Susah betul kan nak start balik... May b sbb i x betul2 serious about it.

Anyway, nak tau what did i have for dinner for the past 2 nights?



pizza roti 
It certainly delicious! Tapi ni resepi menderhaka dr tuan asal punya resepi. Diilhamkan oleh Ida, mmg x cukup sekeping... i bantai 3 keping! With melted cheese yg sedap gila.

bahan2

I guna sos spageti sbg base, garlic spread nk tmbh rasa, n of course cheese... i guna mozarella n cheddar. letak banyak2....hmmm... mmg kebabom! Nk tmbah perisa, i letak sosej gak.

Tq ida sbb buat entry resepi ni dulu.... mmg mudah n sedap!

  1. Yani pun sebulan dua ni diet yo-yo,sbb tu berat statik kat angka yang sama je. Kejap rajin nak bershake herbalife dua kali sehari, kejap sekali je sehari...cheat day makin kerap, cuma yg masih bertahan minum air paling kurang 6liter sehari. Senaman lagilah kelaut....last haritu pun bulan Februari...alahai!

  6. ssh kan nak diet kalau self-monitor ni...nina pn mcm tu jgk...ckp je nak cutdown carbs...hm..nak kena ada personal trainer yg garang kot baru kita disiplin? =P

Mood Tak Sabar

Been reading other's people experience about it... and everytime membaca catatan mereka, semakin rasa sebak dan teruja. Ya Allah... begitu melonjak-lonjak perasaan ku ini... terasa lambatnya masa berlalu... . Counting days.... Anyway... semalam jumpa doc cantik. Ramai sungguh patient doc. I was the 16th. Dekat pkol 1.30 pm baru masuk jumpa doc (well...sampai pon lambat kan...memang la no 16 jawabnya... hehehehe). Masuk2 jumpa doc, doc pun kata, lamanya tak jumpa. Heheheh...berehat doc... so check up macam biasa and get her advice. Doc prescribed ubat, then balik umah lps amik ubat. Need to remind myself - ini hanya usaha. Allah jua yg tentukan segalanya. Semoga Allah permudahkan semua urusanku yang satu ini.... Amin...

Even though you can check how many people hit your blog in the ‘Stat’, the feeling of having comments on your entries is different.
