Kerajaan dah wartakan had umur persaraan dinaikkan ke umur 60. Hohoho.... lama lagi tu...almost another 25 tahun lagik.
Apsal tetiba cerita pasal bersara? Sebab hari ni division i buat majlis farewell for a colleague of us yg bersara. He had been with the company for 30 years! Again, 30 years! I baru umur 4 tahun masa dia start kerja. Punya la lama and loyal dia dengan the company.
I wonder... Sempat ke i sampai ke umur persaraan i? I x bermaksud sempat atas faktor umur. Actually what i meant is mampukah i bekerja selama itu di satu syarikat yg sama? And kalau ditakdirkan stay kat tempat tu je, makanya buat benda yang sama for 30 years? Or kalau nasib baik, ada la lain2 sikit bidang tugasan... di transfer dari satu department ke dept lain, and end up balik ke dept asal?
Seriously... mampu ke i nak kerja benda yg sama for 30 years? Mampu ke i nak kerja sampai umur i 60?
huhuhuhuu.... it makes me think - do i really like my job now? That i would do it for 30 years? But if i don't like my job now, what will i do? Resign when i feel like i can't do it anymore? Dah tu nanti nak buat apa?

Hmmmm.....tamo pikir la... let's take a step at a time. And let's think of it when we cross the bridge. So far, masih boleh dan mampu bekerja di sini. But i do hope my boss won't let me do the same thing for more than 5 years. Boring la buat benda yg sama.... heheheheh...
But if there is an option I don't want to work until I'm 60. I nak retire early... like at 55 max.Why? ntah....may b rasa mcm dah tua... and nak tempuh jammed dah x larat... Nak dok umah... dgn hubby, anak2 (InshaAllah...amin!) and spent time with family. And also take this chance to banyakkn amal ibadah... maklum la... umur dah capai tahap rumah kata pegi kubur kata mari... hehehehe....

but my senior colleagues will bash me with this comment everytime they hear me wanna hv early retirement.

Deletehi. memang kita akan rasa boring kalau asik buat kerja yang sama saja. if you love your work, jalan terbaik, setiap 5 tahun, jump to another company. jadi dapat sikit new experience. new environment. rasanya kalau kita happy, kita tak terfikir pun umur berapa nak bersara. tapi kalau diberi pilihan umur, saya nak bersara umur 40 tahun. hehe sebab rasanya makin lama kita kerja, kita makin kurang efficient.

Deletetak larat nak tunggu sampai 60 kot. but usually, for lecturer, memang akan extend sampai termampu. tapi kalau buat kerja yang sama je sepanjang 30 tahun.. tak sanggup rasanya.. huhu..
