Cooking Made Easy

Since i start diet ni, memang every morning i akan buat sarapan pagi sendiri. Kalau dulu, boleh ja singgah mana2 beli. La ni, kalo buat camtu, abih la kiraan calories i...

Being in low carb diet, kalo x pelbagaikan menu, memang akan cepat boring. Mau tak boring...x kan la hari2 scramble egg or telur rebus kan... so kepelbagaian tu penting supaya kita x boring nak makan, dan tak mudah terkandas sebab boring dgn foof kita.

So far, basis for my breakfast (and lunch... i buat skali...kadang sama lauk, kadang lain) mostly telur, tauhu, ayam and kadang2 daging. For dinner plak slalu ikan, ayam and daging.

Macam semalam, pagi, i masak  telur goreng on top of tauhu grill (on magic pan), with slice of cheese and sesudu sambal bbq. Total calories less 250kcal. Tambah salad secawan. For lunch, i masak segenggam kacang panjang potong kecik2 ditumis ngan bawang n telur hancur. Serius, i kenyang....may be sbb skang dah amik portion kecil, so i cepat rasa kenyang... Malam, again i guna smbal bbq buat ikan percik...

Ikan cencaru percik

I memang suka guna sambal bbq ni. Sgt mudah nak masak... sebab rasa sambal ni dah lengkap. Selalunya i guna untuk bakar ikan/ayam/daging. Tapi sambal pes ni boleh digunakan nak buat masakan lain like percik di atas (i tambah santan ja...), buat sambal2 biasa like sambal sotong, rendang and even bleh tambah kat maggi kari. Sambal ni x pedas, budak2 pun boleh makan... tapi bagi i, yang penting, senang dan it made my cooking easy... tak banyak masa i abiskn kat dapur.

Sambal ni nama dia Pes BBQ RIA. Actually kawan i yang buat. I memang selalu repeat order ngan dia. Kalau u all nak try, boleh wassap my fren Izah at 0193093879. Pes sambal ni boleh dipos... so kalo u outside selangor/KL pun no problem.

Other than that, utk mengurangkan waktu di dapur, bawang2 semua i mmg dah siap blend. So x la membuang masa nk potong2 bawang... And sometimes, i masak 2 in one. Contoh, kalau malam tu i masak sup ayam, i akan lebihkan portion ayam and simpan 1 bahagian for my breakfast esoknya. For breakfast, i carikkan ayam tu, campur mayo, air lemon (bg asam2 sket), garam and lada hitam. Boleh makan ngan wrap lettuce or gaul sekali ngan salad. siap dah healthy breakfast :-)

 InshaAllah, tak susah sebenarnya... and bila buat breakfast/lunch sendiri ni, selain jimat duit x yah makan kedai, i dapat jaga my portion. Tu yang penting kan supaya x terbabas diet ni... heheheh...

  3. saya selalu berangan2 nak buat bfast, masak bekal untuk lunch. tapi tinggal angan2 je la. entah mana pegi kekuatan. huhuhu

  4. rajinnya! dulu saya pun semangat buat breakfast kebanyakannya based telur. tapi sekarang.. huhu.. T_T

    kena beli jugak pembantu dapur macam pes tu. lebih convenient nampaknya.

    1. memang convenient zura, especially, bila smpai umah dr tempat keje dah penat, masak bakar2 atas magic pan ja guna pes tu...x perlu prep lama2 utk masak.

Mood Tak Sabar

Been reading other's people experience about it... and everytime membaca catatan mereka, semakin rasa sebak dan teruja. Ya Allah... begitu melonjak-lonjak perasaan ku ini... terasa lambatnya masa berlalu... . Counting days.... Anyway... semalam jumpa doc cantik. Ramai sungguh patient doc. I was the 16th. Dekat pkol 1.30 pm baru masuk jumpa doc (well...sampai pon lambat kan...memang la no 16 jawabnya... hehehehe). Masuk2 jumpa doc, doc pun kata, lamanya tak jumpa. Heheheh...berehat doc... so check up macam biasa and get her advice. Doc prescribed ubat, then balik umah lps amik ubat. Need to remind myself - ini hanya usaha. Allah jua yg tentukan segalanya. Semoga Allah permudahkan semua urusanku yang satu ini.... Amin...
