Sign document

Dulu masa kecik-kecik, bila tengok adegan drama kat office, mesti ada ada scene pelakon tu sign2 document. Masa kecik-kecik dulu dok pikir, wah...senangnya keje jadi boss ni. sign2 ja...


Bila dah keje ni, ya... memang betui la adegan tu...keje i ni pon banyak required my signature. Approval on payment yg nak dibuat, approval on tender, approval on report, approval on invoices issued and so on. But it is not as easy as ABC. Because whatever i signed, i will be held responsible for it. Something that was not shown dalam drama scene... huhuhu...

Betui la kata spiderman...with power, come responsibility (eh, betui ka... ala, maksud sama kira ok la...).

The higher your position in the company (or even in government) the higher the responsibility are. Masa i jadik executive dulu, tgk bossess ni mcm senang ja...keja semua anak buah buat, boss asik gi meeting ja. Now dah dok as manager, I know, it may looks easy, but apa2 jadi, semua atas batu jemala patik la...

nak sign pon x leh sign buta. Kena tau apa keja anak2 buah, and ensure result yg kita nak. Kena tau document yg nak di sign tu betui. A few times jugak yg i terlepas pandang keja anak buah, end up my boss yg detect the discrepancies... haru weh!

Life definitely x sama dgn adegan2 drama... tgk drama tv la ni mcm senang ja idup kan... x tunjuk pon ada auditor nak datang audit keja kita... huhuhu...

p/s: mode nervous sbb banyak preparation nak kena buat sbb internal audit nak datang bulan seploh ni. kena prepare ensure everything is in order...

    Kite kt ofis takde le taraf manager, tp duk kt HR ni mmg la salah satu tugas meng-sign lah..atau tugas sampingan sign disahkan benar.. hikhik

  2. Yeah so true.. Yang mcm Aini ni nak minta bos sign pun smua document Aini prepare kene betul..if not yg prepare kan paper work tu kene gak kan especially yang keje bahagian finance.. Aini yang ada Diploma graphic design 4 tahun belajar aleh2 jadi penolong pegawai bahagian finance..haha

  3. Yep....especially time sign dokumen claim OT dan mileage staf bawah unit kita...kena verify kerja diorunk sebab kadang kala ada tendency diorunk claim lebih dari sepatutnya. Apa-apa hal kalau claim kena query dengan bhgn kewangan, nama Yani juga yang naik nanti...

  4. Drama memang selalu bagi persepsi yang salah.. huhu...tapi, tetap la kita ni berangan nak macam dalam drama..tapi kan bila ada kawan2 kita yang dramatic, mesti kita panggil 'drama queen' (macam watak Sharpay dalam High School Musical) or 'drama king' (macam tajuk lagu by Meet Uncle Hussin)
