Quick Update

hohohoho... 9 hari x berupdate blog nih. BZ sket sbb Board Meeting hari selasa ri tu. Mcm biasa la... banyak persediaan nak kena buat. And towards last minute pon banyak presentation slide changes. Pening ngan board preparation kali ni.

But alhamdulillah, walaupon banyak agenda, sekejap ja meeting. from 2 pm ke 5 pm. Agenda ada 13. Kira ok la kan... i dok expect meeting abih pkol 8 malam. hahahahah... pastu board member plak mood bagus2 semua. I have 3 paper, but i cakap x sampai 10 minit in total for all the paper. Gila cepat board approve. Lega... (presentation is not my strong suit. Even dah banyak kali pi board meeting, i still have butterfly in my stomach everytime nak kena present kat board. huhuhuhu).

Sebab dah lega settle board ni (err... ada another one in dec, tapi let's not think about that board meeting eh...), smalam masa meeting @ klcc, singgah kino and reward myself with a thriller novel. Meeting abih awai, so i balik awai and read the book. Abih dah eh 1 buku tu... huhuhu... cepat betui. But buku tu memang plot dia cepat and suspense. by pkol 12 mlm i dah abih satu buku. (hehehe...buku cerita laju...cuba baca buku ilmiah sket... 2 muka dah zzzzz).

Moving on to my weight watching effort. Alhamdulillah, these 2 weeks back memang jaga makan. I've shed another kilo. Suka! Suka! Tambah semangat nak jaga makan. Ni kalo tambah ngan senam mesti banyak lagi yg turun. Tapi sebab last 2 weeks asik banyak keje kat opis, sampai umah dah x larat nk senam. Nak melepek ja depan TV n forget everything about work. So i jaga makan ja la... counting calories intake. Hopefully istqamah la...banyak lagi nak shed ni...

  1. hebat lah akak boleh jaga makan, kira kalori and all. Saya memang tak boleh kak. Sebab saya suka makan. Tu yang kena workout kaw2 tu.

  2. Tahniah ler berjaya juga turunkan berat badan dalam masa2 kritikal hujung tahun ni..Yani gak yang berjaya menternak lemak banyak2 dlm badan..huhuhu..

Komentar : huraian, ulasan (yg mengandungi penjelasan, kritik, atau pendapat mengenai sesuatu perkara (Kamus Dewan Bahasa edisi ke-4) I suka tinggalkn komen kat blog orang. Hehehhehe…   Why? May be sebab I rasa if I leave a comment the writer would feel that ‘eh…ada jugak orang yg sudi baca apa yg aku tulis ni’. Coz I would feel that way when someone leave a comment in my blog. Even though you can check how many people hit your blog in the ‘Stat’, the feeling of having comments on your entries is different. I’m sure u akan rasa happy bila someone tinggalkan comment kat ur blog. Eh, x happy ke org tinggalkan komen? Sapa happy angkat tangan (I angkat tangan ni… hehehehe). Perhaps its human nature. Bila kita bercakap dengan orang, and orang beri respond, baru rasa ada interaction antara si ‘pencakap’ (erk! Terukn...

Mood Tak Sabar

Been reading other's people experience about it... and everytime membaca catatan mereka, semakin rasa sebak dan teruja. Ya Allah... begitu melonjak-lonjak perasaan ku ini... terasa lambatnya masa berlalu... . Counting days.... Anyway... semalam jumpa doc cantik. Ramai sungguh patient doc. I was the 16th. Dekat pkol 1.30 pm baru masuk jumpa doc (well...sampai pon lambat kan...memang la no 16 jawabnya... hehehehe). Masuk2 jumpa doc, doc pun kata, lamanya tak jumpa. Heheheh...berehat doc... so check up macam biasa and get her advice. Doc prescribed ubat, then balik umah lps amik ubat. Need to remind myself - ini hanya usaha. Allah jua yg tentukan segalanya. Semoga Allah permudahkan semua urusanku yang satu ini.... Amin...
