2 litres in 8 hours

i ni memang susah nak pastikan abis 2 liter air... may be pada org lain, sikit je 2 litre tu...tapi i memang payah la...

Bila keje, memang kadang tu x ingat nk minum air. tak terasa tekak kering. But now, InshaAllah no more...

Org kata, bila tak letak depan mata, memang x buat.... so....

dah besor gini x nampak jugak x tau la....
I beli bekas air tapewer yg 2 litre terus. So every morning, i ambik air kat pantry and letak kat my desktop. Every now and then, i minum sambil buat keje. Minum seteguk dua (idok la abiskan secawan terus....). Usually i'll try to finish half of it before lunch. And another half after lunch. By doing this, i can ensure that i drink at least 2 litres per day.

Memula dulu, i bawak botol air biasa je. around 500ml. tapi x larat kot nak gi mari gi mari pantry tu amik air...so, i beli la bekas air ni...senang...sekali ambik and senang nak track progress. Kalo meeting kt dalam kawasan opis pon, i boleh hangkut bekas air ni bawak masuk meeting. heheheh...

Tapi kan... this only solve problem if i kat opis... if i kena meeting and outstation, payah la pulak nak hangkut 2 litre air kan.... especially kalo nak naik flight...kompem x lepas bawak air ni....u all ada cadangan tak, cemana nak pastikan mudah utk minum 2 liter bila outstation/meeting kat luar...do share ye :-)

  1. ST, Yani sebelum lunch dah habis 2 liter air masak. Lepas lunch bawa ke petang sebelum maghrib, selesai lagi 2 liter teamix. Malam kalau tak ingat/leka, boleh habiskan 1 liter air masak. Memang ke opis bawa tumbler 2 liter. Pergi mesyuarat pun bawak tumbler yg sama. Cuma kalau bab berkursus kat luar, biasakan ade disediakan air mineral 500ml kan? Minum air botol tu, make sure cukup 4 botol...dah lengkap 2 liter... ;)

    1. waaa...banyak nye air yani minum...i baru mula ni, sikit2 dulu la kot... hehehe... kalo course or meeting kat hotel memang ada botol mineral tu... kalo meeting yg kay opis HQ, selalunya x de... hehehe... better bawak botol air sendiri n refil kat pantry HQ kan :-)

    2. mak aii yani minum bape liter sehari ni?? huuu ~ida kan ngam2 2liter. teruk kan?? xpe la at least 2liter. HAHHAHHA sbbnya yg lain nk minum air manis. kekekke... teh O panas cannot tinggalll wee~ cuma kalau berkursus ke, ida angkut je botol air ida tu. selalu pantry ade, so refil je. since botol ida tu 1liter je.....

Assalam..sama la kita.. mmg susah sangat nak minum air kosong...secawan pun x tentu habis satu hari tu kalau xde letak depan mata... kalau air manissssss..lajuuuuuuuu.... masa try diet atkins awl thn ari tu, semangat jgk nak abiskan 2-3 liter sehari..pun hazabbb sampai rasa nak termuntah2..hahaha

    1. julie, try minum sikit2...jgn telan secawan terus...memang kembung perut. heheheh... ada tips kat internet, pasang alarm every 10 - 15 minit tu, minum seteguk dua. lama2 nanti kita biasa :-)

  3. kak nina, me too. kalau outstation mmg payah ler nak minum air masak byk. but i will make sure mineral water 500ml tu mesti minum 4x dlm sehari. kalau travel ni mmg tak dpt nk angkut bekas besar2.

    1. tu la nina... memang kena angkut at least mineral water yg 500ml tu kan... mudah sket nak minum... cumanya tang ke toilet tu yg takut sket....ahahaha... (padahal punya banyak la petrol pump kan...and naik flight pon bukan x de toilet... huhuhuhu)

    Tapi, kalau OS / meeting luar, mmg kita tak minum byk.
    One sbb takmo g toilet selalu.
    Kedua cam susah je kan. Kalau nak minum, beli je air mineral.
    Sama gak kalau gi jejalan. Beli je air mineral botol kecik tu..

  5. kak nina, method kita sama- pakai bekas tupperware ni, minum kat opis, half before lunch, half after lunch. hehehe
    tapi kadang tak habis juga minum kat opis tu, time busy meeting sana sini, memang lupa la nak minum air.

    biasa akak dulu utk 1 liter air..
    pagi kalau ada meeting atau aktiviti, 2 jam sebelum aktiviti settle air dulu.
    contoh.. meeting 9am. 7am/bagun tido jer start minum air.
    habiskan dlm masa setengah jam. (plan2..lama2 boleh)
    lepas tu lagi 30 minit mula ke toilet. tak apa settle kan aje.
    lepas tu rilex dah tak ke toilet sangat.
    masa tu dah free..hehe
    lagi petang settle lagi 1 liter plan2.
    skrg ni akak pagi 2 liter & petang 2 liter..slumber
    2 liter tu sejam lebih dah boleh habis.

    botol 2 liter nina beli tu dah bagus dah.
    lagi bagus botol tu yang jenis ada straw besar.
    slurp.. slurp.. slurp.. sedut 4 ke 5 kali dah habis 2 liter :)

  7. Memula mmg susah.. tp bila dah biasa ok jek.. I make sure pagi 1L, ptg 1L, mlm 1L. Kekeke.. time travel beli 500ml. janji minum air masak.

  8. ST, erin pon jenis yang payah jugak nak minum air tau...Lagi2 minum air kosong...Laju je digest....kejap je terus rasa nak kencccc~~ adehhh.. tu la yang malas nak berjalan ke toilet pulak. selalu kena sound dgn hubby sbb x byk minum air.
    Kalau kat ofis tu, samala mcm ST, kena letak botol mineral besar depan mata. baru nak minum. hehehe..

  12. Huuuu...saya pun susah nak minum air kosong...asyik lupa je.. bila dah malam baru tersedar yang "eh...hari ni minum air kosong waktu lepas mkn je".. huuu itu pun setengah cawan pun x abes..

  13. ST, water is petrol to me. If in that day I tak minum min 2L, I will feel one kind. Macam dehydrated. When traveling, always have a bottle with you. Kalau can't carry, then just beli mineral water bottle. Remember that when u drink bila rasa thirsty, that means u are not getting enough water until your body is asking you to drink up. Start slowly by remembering to drink, soon enough it will be a habit.

    1. Atie, org lain lagi banyak minum air kosong dari i...memula tu memang asik ke tandas je... rasa mmg leceh...but i think its a good exercise for me to walk to toilet every now and then... ahahaha... :-)
