I'm going to be honest. The second part of my 90 days challenge this month is the worst ever. For the past 2 weeks, was my downtime. I x jaga portion makan, i x senam... Oh my.... and the weight is creeping up (insert scream here).
OK.... we need to renew our resolution.... now!
New month, new beginning... Eat Breakfast!!!! It's the important meal of the day. Without it, lunch and dinner would be 'sesi mentekedarah'.
And try to stick to this schedule makan (kalau x puasa):
Eat kurma within 1 hour after bangun tidur
Take breakfast around 7 - 8 am
Makan Snek around 10.30 am
Lunch around 12.30 - 1.00 pm
Snek around 3.30 pm
Dinner (if possible) by 7 pm (not possible is more likely... may be kena change to light dinner).
Snack at 9.30 pm
Tido around 11 pm to 12 am
OK...can i do it??? I really hope i can...
Just remember why you are doing this... The reason u do this... to be healthy, so that u'll produce good eggs in next IVF.
p/s: need to put in reminder in my phone for the snacking part...how easy to forget it bila dah busy dengan keje....
