Recharged!

I'm going to be honest. The second part of my 90 days challenge this month is the worst ever. For the past 2 weeks, was my downtime. I x jaga portion makan, i x senam... Oh my.... and the weight is creeping up (insert scream here).

OK.... we need to renew our resolution.... now!

New month, new beginning... Eat Breakfast!!!! It's the important meal of the day. Without it, lunch and dinner would be 'sesi mentekedarah'.

And try to stick to this schedule makan (kalau x puasa):

Eat kurma within 1 hour after bangun tidur
Take breakfast around 7 - 8 am
Makan Snek around 10.30 am
Lunch around 12.30 - 1.00 pm
Snek around 3.30 pm
Dinner (if possible) by 7 pm (not possible is more likely... may be kena change to light dinner).
Snack at 9.30 pm
Tido around 11 pm to 12 am

OK...can i do it??? I really hope i can...

Just remember why you are doing this... The reason u do this... to be healthy, so that u'll produce good eggs in next IVF.

p/s: need to put in reminder in my phone for the snacking part...how easy to forget it bila dah busy dengan keje....

2nd p/s: i need to blog more about my weight loss program...kalo tak, memang x buat... huhuhuhu....

  2. Memang kena makan dengan kerap dan kuantiti sedikit baru boleh boost metabolisme masalahnya ialah masa,.kak ni dah plateu,stuck tak boleh gi down lagi..aduhai..

    1. betui kak...and actually think masalah rambut saya yg kerap gugur ni pon berpunca dari pemakanan yg tak betul (selain faktor umur -tapi x nak ngaku...hahahahha) :p

  4. ST, diet Yani pun dah lama kelaut sejak-sejak laps aritu. Dah hampir sebulan, no exercise at all, no weight exercise, makan langsung tak jaga, banyak bagi excuses kat diri sendiri, cheat days lebih sehari dalam seminggu, portion nasi pun dah lebih segenggam. Adoii....berat badan dah naik 1-2kg. Memang terasa badan sangat lemau.

    Sekarang ni, memang bukan tahap setakat jaga makan je, nak x nak kena exercise jugak baru boleh ada penurunan berat badan. Haish...kalau perasan, dah lama juga Yani tak buat review Cabaran 90 Hari tu kan? Kecewa dengan diri sendiri..... :(

  9. I am also forcing myself to eat breakfast, itulah yang paling malas sekali. In my reading, kalau boleh makan lebih kurang 400+ calories tapi malas punya pasal, kadang-kadang I makan yogurt dengan minum susu je.

    Cuba balik Malaysia nanti, lebih 400++ kalori kot haha

    Oh another tips I got from soemone, after worjout, try makan within 30 minutes tapi eat light, cukup untuk ransang metabolism, bukan untuk melantak macam tak ingat dunia [which is what I did :(]

  12. SweetT..snack apa yg sesuai dimkn waktu snack time tu yek? Mcm buah ok ke?instead of biscuits..huhu..waktu pemakanan ni mmg susah la nk jga..

  14. salam sweet .. tumpang lalu.. :) sblm breakfast kalau boleh dptkan air barang seliter. kalau tak dpt.. try dpt kan 500ml. esoknya try tambah sikit & next day tambah lagi. istiqamah. insa'allah jadi biasa nanti. sy selalu pagi 2 liter. dulu seliter. air penting utk turun berat badan. lagi.. sblm lunch dptkan air lagi. dpt seliter lagi bagus atau lebih. kencing2 tak apa. lemak keluar sekali. kalau tak kencing2 lemak kita berpusing kat dlm badan mcm akuarium kotor air tak keluar. lepas lunch minum ala kadar jer. lepas 3 ke 4 jam lunch, dpt kan air lagi. seliter ker atau lebih. sehari dpt 3 liter dah cukup bagus. kalau lebihkan sikit lagi bagus. malam jgn minum banyak. kang terkencing2. :)

Komen....comment. Comment: generally a verbal or written remark often related to an added piece of information, or an observation or statement (Wikitionary). Komentar : huraian, ulasan (yg mengandungi penjelasan, kritik, atau pendapat mengenai sesuatu perkara (Kamus Dewan Bahasa edisi ke-4) I suka tinggalkn komen kat blog orang. Hehehhehe…   Why? May be sebab I rasa if I leave a comment the writer would feel that ‘eh…ada jugak orang yg sudi baca apa yg aku tulis ni’. Coz I would feel that way when someone leave a comment in my blog. Even though you can check how many people hit your blog in the ‘Stat’, the feeling of having comments on your entries is different. I’m sure u akan rasa happy bila someone tinggalkan comment kat ur blog. Eh, x happy ke org tinggalkan komen? Sapa happy angkat tangan (I angkat tangan ni… hehehehe). Perhaps its human nature. Mood Tak Sabar

Been reading other's people experience about it... and everytime membaca catatan mereka, semakin rasa sebak dan teruja. Ya Allah... begitu melonjak-lonjak perasaan ku ini... terasa lambatnya masa berlalu... . Counting days.... Anyway... semalam jumpa doc cantik. Ramai sungguh patient doc. I was the 16th. Dekat pkol 1.30 pm baru masuk jumpa doc (well...sampai pon lambat kan...memang la no 16 jawabnya... hehehehe). Masuk2 jumpa doc, doc pun kata, lamanya tak jumpa. Heheheh...berehat doc... so check up macam biasa and get her advice. Doc prescribed ubat, then balik umah lps amik ubat. Need to remind myself - ini hanya usaha. Allah jua yg tentukan segalanya. Semoga Allah permudahkan semua urusanku yang satu ini.... Amin...
