1st Ramadhan - cili podeh!!!!

Alhamdulillah... dah masuk hari kedua puasa. Semalam, seharian di dapur. Blend bawang, cili, halia siap2...supaya senang nak masak nanti.

Menu semalam - sambal kerang. Tu yg jadi lama di dapur, dok kopek kerang. Siap buat bubur kacang hijau lagi. Terjumpa lempuk durian dalam peti sejuk. And kebetulan ada kacang hijau. OK la tu...dessert for berbuka. Tapau siap2 utk MDH (coz MDH keje malam smalam). Lepas zohor tu baru la berehat...

Bila berbuka, sambal kerang tu kemain pedas!!! kalah sambal cili api. Memang berpeluh i makan (i ni consider kuat pedas gak...tapi pedas sambal tu memang terbakor la mulut!). I blend cili kering yg i beli kat Giant. Tu pun dah siap tambah bawang sket... (petua cili tahan lama dan x cept berkulat). Still pedas gila...

OK, selain tumis sampai garing, apa lagi petua nak kurangkan pedas cili eh???

    Sejak last year dah tau perut ada problem dengan cili..mmg tak berani nak masak letak cili banyak2. Masak lauk yang tak guna cili banyak. Tapi bila baca entry ni..dah terbayang kepedasannya..dan mesti best tu..

  2. seronok kan first puasa time cuti. semangat sikit nak memasak best. mak saya pesan letak gula nak kasi kurang pedas. tapi boleh lah nak kurangkan sikit rasa pedas tu..

  3. Kakak, kiter kalau terlebih pedas akan letak asam keping. Takpon fresh yogurt dua tiga sudu. Tapi memang jenis suka makan pedas, walaupon berair mata dan hidung tetap pueh hatiiiiii! Hahaha.

  4. Taruk gula kot.. takpun, kalau buat sambal tumis tu, lebihkan sket air asam jawa. jadi, kurang la sket rasa pedas tu. Mmg ada satu cili kering yg kecik2 tu pedas. Agaknya awak terbeli yg tu kot. Huhu :D

  6. kak..salah beli cili kot..dlu pernah tersalah beli cili kering..kalo yg jenis licin tu mmg letak cket je da pedas sesangat..

  8. kalau ikut cara arwah mak Yani...masa potong kecil2 cili kering tu...buang siap2 biji cili kering tu.....buang habis atau separuh...jadi tak de la pedas sangat.

  9. Petua tak bg sambal tak pedas tak tau tapi petua pilih lada kering supaya tak pedas ada.jgn pilih cili kering yg licin lurus,tu pedas.pilih yg kerinting, yg tu tak berapa pedas.

  10. Cakap pasal kerang, masa 1st day puasa mak saya punya semangat beli kerang nak buat mee kari. Tapi masa nak buka baru perasan lupa nak masuk kerang, hehe. Tips untuk kurang pedas saya tak tau sangat. Huhu :(

    1. hehehe... akak pon kadang ada lupa nak letak some of ingredient time masak... especially bila bahan tu tersorok dari pandangan.... dah abis masak baru teringat (sebab bila kemas dapur baru nampak... huhuhu)

  12. Rebus banyak kali kot, lepas tu buang air dia.. tos.. lepas tu rebus balik.. nanti kurang sikit pedasnya. hehe. Tambah gula.. lepas tu letak sunquick sket.. tapi jangan banyakk

    I pun akan suggest tambah gula. Even makanan ada geseng (hangus) pun boleh tambah gula.

Komentar : huraian, ulasan (yg mengandungi penjelasan, kritik, atau pendapat mengenai sesuatu perkara (Kamus Dewan Bahasa edisi ke-4) I suka tinggalkn komen kat blog orang. Hehehhehe…   Why? May be sebab I rasa if I leave a comment the writer would feel that ‘eh…ada jugak orang yg sudi baca apa yg aku tulis ni’. Coz I would feel that way when someone leave a comment in my blog. Even though you can check how many people hit your blog in the ‘Stat’, the feeling of having comments on your entries is different. I’m sure u akan rasa happy bila someone tinggalkan comment kat ur blog. Eh, x happy ke org tinggalkan komen? Sapa happy angkat tangan (I angkat tangan ni… hehehehe). Perhaps its human nature. Mood Tak Sabar

Been reading other's people experience about it... and everytime membaca catatan mereka, semakin rasa sebak dan teruja. Ya Allah... begitu melonjak-lonjak perasaan ku ini... terasa lambatnya masa berlalu... . Counting days.... Anyway... semalam jumpa doc cantik. Ramai sungguh patient doc. I was the 16th. Dekat pkol 1.30 pm baru masuk jumpa doc (well...sampai pon lambat kan...memang la no 16 jawabnya... hehehehe). Masuk2 jumpa doc, doc pun kata, lamanya tak jumpa. Heheheh...berehat doc... so check up macam biasa and get her advice. Doc prescribed ubat, then balik umah lps amik ubat. Need to remind myself - ini hanya usaha. Allah jua yg tentukan segalanya. Semoga Allah permudahkan semua urusanku yang satu ini.... Amin...
