New Scale - New beginning?

Sorry u all...i'm a bit busy lately. Ni sempat jengah kejp jer...

Last week, pi ikut MDH gi Cosway. MDH dok cari barang dia, i dok usha2 barang dalam kedai tu...Sekali ternampak la scale yg i cari2... huhuhuhu... Apa lagi... kenyit2 mata sket ngan MDH, buat muka comel2 sikit (kikikiki..perasan!) dapat la rembat scale tu... hehehehe.... terima kasih bebanyak kat En Somi ku yg terchenta kerana men'support' pembelian ini... hehehehhe ;-)

Ni le Scale tu....
Apa yg best sangat scale nih? Sebab....

Yer... sebab ada body analysis!
Scale ni bleh measure body fat, water, muscle mass, bone density and calories kita masa timbang tu... Ha... mana i tak excited nak dapat kan scale nih... Now i bleh tau apa progress and changes in my body, walaupon weight i x bergerak.... yeay!

Scale ni jenama Health Club. Ada warranty card setahun. Mahal ke tak? Masa mula2 tu x tau harga, i ingat ratus-ratus la... rupanya RM 90. OK la tu kot...

On my diet plak, hari smalam restart balik portion makan (sbb last week balik kampung, makanya x de portion2...). Hopefully dgn adanya penimbang baru ni, lagi semangat la i nak istiqamah.... huhuhuhu... doakan i yer :-)

    1. sash, lama gak akak makan brown rice ri tu... tapi baru ni beras abis, MDH beli beras herbaponi (eh, cam ni ke ejaan nye?? belasah je la...) plak. x pe la... makan je la apa yg ada... yg penting portionnya... hehehehe...

  7. biasa dah ada penimbang asyik timbang jer la. keluar toilet timbang, lepas termenung timbang.. biasa la tu..hehe nak best timbang seminggu sekali. dapat turun seminggu 1kg pun terbaik. sebulan 4kg. 3 bulan 12kg :)

    1. haah ily, memang hari2 i timbang, even masa scale yg lama dulu pun... suka tgk perubahan and impact of what i did and eat a day before. so i know kat mana nak baiki, kat mana nak kekalkan...

    1. ye sue, mungkin tu harga member kot.. sue carik je kawan2 sue yg member cosway, pinjam card dia.

      hehehhe...i pon kalo jalan2 memang x leh catu sgt makan...sbbb makan luar, kita makan je apa yg kita beli...kalo ikut portion, rasa membazir plak... (tapi selalu i bagi hubby i abiskan...huuhuhuu).

    1. kena set body analysis setting tu... bila dah on, lps kluar 0.0kg, tekan set button(gambar tgn) and select user number pakai arrow. i pakai no1. then press set button again.

      pastu, set gender, umur dan ketinggian pulak... (guna arrow up n down, then nk pilih tekan set button balik). lps 3 setting ni baru bleh pakai utk measure body fat, body water, body muscle mass n calories.

      hope this help :-) kalau x ok bgtau ya...nanti i cuba buat entry on this.

May be sebab I rasa if I leave a comment the writer would feel that ‘eh…ada jugak orang yg sudi baca apa yg aku tulis ni’. Coz I would feel that way when someone leave a comment in my blog. Even though you can check how many people hit your blog in the ‘Stat’, the feeling of having comments on your entries is different. I’m sure u akan rasa happy bila someone tinggalkan comment kat ur blog. Eh, x happy ke org tinggalkan komen? Sapa happy angkat tangan (I angkat tangan ni… hehehehe). Perhaps its human nature. Mood Tak Sabar

Been reading other's people experience about it... and everytime membaca catatan mereka, semakin rasa sebak dan teruja. Ya Allah... begitu melonjak-lonjak perasaan ku ini... terasa lambatnya masa berlalu... . Counting days.... Anyway... semalam jumpa doc cantik. Ramai sungguh patient doc. I was the 16th. Dekat pkol 1.30 pm baru masuk jumpa doc (well...sampai pon lambat kan...memang la no 16 jawabnya... hehehehe). Masuk2 jumpa doc, doc pun kata, lamanya tak jumpa. Heheheh...berehat doc... so check up macam biasa and get her advice. Doc prescribed ubat, then balik umah lps amik ubat. Need to remind myself - ini hanya usaha. Allah jua yg tentukan segalanya. Semoga Allah permudahkan semua urusanku yang satu ini.... Amin...
