My breakfast

For the past week, dok breakfast ngan ni ja...

Amende nih???

Heheheh...Diet sihat la sangat konon... This is a mix of yogurt (plain one ya...), a teaspoon of honey, mix of an apple and blueberry. For texture, i letak segenggam Special K cereal (hancur2 kan). In total, this dish has around 300+ calories. And it is so yummeh! Lengkap sumber protein, fiber/carb and antioksidan :-)

Dan sangat sesuai utk di makan sambil2 mengadap jam on the way pi kerja.... heheheh....

    1. Kikiki... sarapan sihat sebagai permulaan hari :-) sometimes akak substitute yogurt dengan low fat milk secawan.

    dah biasa makan ok la kot kan, hehe kite kan sini hari2 wajib mengadap nasi berlauk or nasi kerabu or nasi dagang..

  5. nampak sedaaaapppp je.. heeee..boleh tanya tak, kalau plain yogurt tu nak dpt kat mana? yg jenis dutch lady tu ke atau mcmane?

    1. Plain yogurt yang tak ada perisa apa2 sue...yogurt sekarang kan dah ada perisa manggo la, berry la.... So amik yg memang yogurt kosong. dutch lady pun ada.
