For the past week, dok breakfast ngan ni ja...
Heheheh...Diet sihat la sangat konon... This is a mix of yogurt (plain one ya...), a teaspoon of honey, mix of an apple and blueberry. For texture, i letak segenggam Special K cereal (hancur2 kan). In total, this dish has around 300+ calories. And it is so yummeh! Lengkap sumber protein, fiber/carb and antioksidan :-)
Dan sangat sesuai utk di makan sambil2 mengadap jam on the way pi kerja.... heheheh....

Mrs Sweet dok belah eastern kan... memang wajib tu.... i masa duk sana pon dulu suka makan nasi dagang... tapi la ni x pe mrs sweet, u makan tuk 2 org...justified! hehehehe

ReplyDeletePlain yogurt yang tak ada perisa apa2 sue...yogurt sekarang kan dah ada perisa manggo la, berry la.... So amik yg memang yogurt kosong. dutch lady pun ada.
