After Hibernation

Siapa yg berhibernasi tu? I ler... dalam konteks bersenam. Its been a while since i betul2 bersenam. Sebelum ni memang banyak skip... bukan rope skipping, tapi i yg skip bersenam.

Tapi dah tua2 ni, menjaga makan je dah x cukup dah... or may be sebab i dah x kira betul2 calories intake i (main agak2 je...), so most of the time rasa makan sikit dah... tapi banyak jugak rupanya... sebab my weight keep on increasing.

Sabit pulak dengan tahun baru, maka haruslah azam yg setiap tahun ditanam tu (read: nak turun berat badan) mula dijaga tumbuhnya. Since last 2 weeks, i dah start semula aktiviti bersenam. tu pon memang payah nak start mula2 tu... I can feel my fitness dah jatuh merudum. Baru buat power walk 2 miles, dah pancit (power walk tu...bukan lari...x berani lagi nak start gillian punya senaman...hehehhe).

But last week, bad news...kasut sukan yg i slalu pakai masa bersenam dah tercabut tapaknya... dua2 belah plak tu... sempat habis sampai 2 miles je power walk i... Seb baik ada backup satu lagi kasut sukan. Tapi baru pakai 2 kali, kasut ni pon tercabut tapak... again, sampai 2 miles je...

Hehehe... ada reason nak beli kasut baru... so yesterday, i pi beli kasut sukan kat alamanda...

OK, lepas ni kalo liat lagi nak bersenam, x tau la nak cakap apa.... huhuhuh :-P

  2. selalunye, ada barang sukan baru (cotohnya kasut sukan baru atau seluar senaman baru) baru semangat nak bersukan --> i ler tu.. hihi..

  3. saya pun dah stop berzumba rasa mengah naik tangga tinggi.. adehhhh.. nak zumba balik, baru p urut...bergoncang2 balik pulak kang..kekeke..ade org kata xpayah lasak, ade org kate xpe je... confuse! lawa kasut tu.. kite pun dah aim sport shoes baru..heheh

    1. yana, i ada baca smalam (x ingat kat blog sapa) kalo exercise yg x lebih 4 hours a week, consider OK. lebih 4 jam dah kira lasak.

  6. Kak ST, memandangkan akak pun di area Putrajaya, saya cadangkan pergi ke Kementerian Belia dan Sukan punya gym setiap Selasa jam 5.30 petang. Ada senamrobik. Saya pun ke sana kadang-kadang kalau rasa nak cuba something else selain running. Best juga.

Komentar : huraian, ulasan (yg mengandungi penjelasan, kritik, atau pendapat mengenai sesuatu perkara (Kamus Dewan Bahasa edisi ke-4) I suka tinggalkn komen kat blog orang. Hehehhehe…   Why? May be sebab I rasa if I leave a comment the writer would feel that ‘eh…ada jugak orang yg sudi baca apa yg aku tulis ni’. Coz I would feel that way when someone leave a comment in my blog. Even though you can check how many people hit your blog in the ‘Stat’, the feeling of having comments on your entries is different. I’m sure u akan rasa happy bila someone tinggalkan comment kat ur blog. Eh, x happy ke org tinggalkan komen? Sapa happy angkat tangan (I angkat tangan ni… hehehehe). Perhaps its human nature. Mood Tak Sabar

Been reading other's people experience about it... and everytime membaca catatan mereka, semakin rasa sebak dan teruja. Ya Allah... begitu melonjak-lonjak perasaan ku ini... terasa lambatnya masa berlalu... . Counting days.... Anyway... semalam jumpa doc cantik. Ramai sungguh patient doc. I was the 16th. Dekat pkol 1.30 pm baru masuk jumpa doc (well...sampai pon lambat kan...memang la no 16 jawabnya... hehehehe). Masuk2 jumpa doc, doc pun kata, lamanya tak jumpa. Heheheh...berehat doc... so check up macam biasa and get her advice. Doc prescribed ubat, then balik umah lps amik ubat. Need to remind myself - ini hanya usaha. Allah jua yg tentukan segalanya. Semoga Allah permudahkan semua urusanku yang satu ini.... Amin...
