Dah lama i tak tulis pasal my 90 days challenge. So today i'm gonna update what happend to my weight loss challenge. During early of the year hari tu, i ada mentioned about one of my resolution for this year is to loose a bit of my weight. I need to prepare my body for next IVF. And i want it to be in its best condition. It is not an easy journey, i tell u. I ni memang suka makan. I love food and i know how to enjoy it. Kalau masa zaman2 belajar dulu, my fren selalu cakap kalau tgk i makan, mesti dia rasa mcm makanan tu sedap sgt. Hahahaha... Tapi when i'm getting older, sukan pun dah tak main dah, metabolism pun makin merudum and dok opis je and jarang exercise, i gained weight year by year until i realised i taking tol on my health. Not really serious yet, but it started to scares me. I need to shed at least 8 kilos to gain a healthy weight and healthy BMI.
