not so good week... huhuhu

Ahahah... last week baru je kata 'good week'. minggu ni dah x good dah. Monday, i banyak keje, balik lewat. Tuesday, my MIL nak datang umah, so kemas2 umah yg berabuk tu...(hehehhe...nampak nau pemalasnye i ni...MIL datang baru nk berkemas). Rabu, i was down with flu. Ni jangkit ngan MDH la ni... dah pesan kt dia pi klinik ri tu masa awal2 dia kena, dia x pi...last2, jangkit kat i pulop... tapi ok gak, dapat MC sehari, rest betui2 kat umah... heheheh... Kamis, balik lewat, and still selsema. Ri ni pun sama... So konklusi minggu ni x senam pun... tapi alhamdulillah, i still masih boleh jaga makan. Macam heran gak...selalunya kalo meeting2 yg ada makanan, i slalu kalah. kompem i makan kuih2 masa meeting tu. Tapi lately ni ok la... bleh tahan napsu nak makan tu... mungkin memang mujarab supplement yg i ambik tu kot... imagine ya... secret recipe cheese cake dihidangkan masa pre-board meeting last tuesday. Boleh i makan sesudu je tau. the rest i bawak balik, simpan dalam peti...

Minggu yang agak baik

Last week was a kind of good week. Sebab? i didn't miss my exercise. Alhamdulillah, lima hari berturut turut i buat senaman (not good sebenarnya...u need to rest your muscle. tapi sebab x la senam teruk2 sangat, so buat la jugak hari2...). Cycling (indoor) around 35 minutes. Walaupun x la hebat mana, but it's good la kan, dari x buat langsung. Berpeluh-peluh la jugak... Sabtu dan Ahad, hari rest n also Cheating day (s). As much as possible, i try juga control napsu makan (huhuhu...agak kureng berjaya, tapi boleh la tahan...). Malam ni, to reward myself, buat pizza cheesy. I guna baki doh roti yg x jadi ari tu. I kluarkan dari freezer, de-frost, buat bentuk pizza and letak bahan pizza. Bahan pizza simple je... sos spaghetti kimball as pizza base, sausage ayam and cheese. A lot of cheese... hehehhe... Oh, since me n MDH suka pedas2 sket (tekak melayu la katakan....) i tambah sambal bilis as my pizza base. For a dough yg beratnya 200g, i bakar kat oven dengan suhu 250 degree...

Roti

Sejak akhir2 ni, i dah x beli dah roti. Skang buat sendiri je roti...sebab i dah ada Bread Maker! My BM! Heheheh...mula2, terjebak nak meroti ni sebab kawan2 group wassap skolah i ramai yg beli BM ni. And dorang slalu upload gambar2 roti hasil kerja tangan diorang. Maka i pon tergoda la... hahahah... I beli BM ni dengan cara main kutu... nak keluarkan sejumlah duit sekaligus, mungkin nangis la i... so, a group of us yg teringin nak beli BM ni, main kutu ramai2... Secara tak langsung, dapat la menyimpan duit sikit2 untuk merealisasikan impian. Kalau u kuat semangat, simpan sendiri2 pon boleh...tapi kalo u mcm i, hehehe...cari la mak kutu yg amanah yg boleh tolong simpan duit u tu... Setakat ni, dah 3-4 kali i pakai buat roti... 2 kali jadi, 2 kali x jadi...hahaha... Masuk ja bahan2 seperti arahan, lepas 3 jam...wallaa.... My first roti :-) lepas potong... peghak ( bak kata org utara)  i ni, semua nk amik gambo... ... hehehehe kita bekfes western...french ...

MRI

Yup...first time buat MRI.  eh? apasal tetiba kena buat MRI ni?? Begini ceritanya... Smalam, i ada appointment doc. Patutnya hari ni, tapi sebab ramai sgt patient hari ni, so my appointment was brought forward ke hari smalam. Luckily i don't have any urgent meeting, so i pi la jumpa doc. Yesterday was my D5. Yes, apparently, masa last check-up i dah ovulated. And on the dot, AF datang seperti yang dijadualkan...alhamdulillah... Bila scan, this time around dah tak nampak dah cyst 2 bijik tu...so most probably that was my eggs... But... this time around, doc nampak mcm ada bleeding inside my tube. Doc suspect endo tumbuh balik... as u know, endometriosis ni, selagi kita masih period, selagi tu la dia ada. Dia tak de, bila kita dah menopause nanti. And endo ni akan bleeding, sama mcm period cycle kita. Doc kata, the most probable cause to the bleeding in my tube tu may be endo ni la. And since i pakai insurance for the visit, doc ask me to do MRI untuk confirmkan be...
