Owh... i sgt bz skang nih. Tgh kena audit ngan internal audit. performance year end review, pastu sambung Board Meetings and audit for statutory plak in dec.
Banyak benda nak kena settlekan...
Tapi dlm busy2, i cuba beri masa utk exercise. Alhamdulillah, masih calories concious now. Memang pakai Myfitness pal utk bantu kira calories, and synckan dgn MapMyFitness utk kira calories burn from exercise.
So far, ada peningkatan dari segi ukur lilit :-) turun la sikit inci. In terms of berat, masih jauh lagi...
Pagi tadi, test sugar in blood (in fasting mode).
